Utilização de jogos teatrais como instrumento para o desenvolvimento da autoconfiança, do autoconhecimento, da afetividade, da espontaneidade, da intelectualidade, do desenvolvimento social e do relacionamento interpessoal.

Objetivos:

  • Estimular o desenvolvimento integral (corpo e mente) dos participantes.
  • Aprimorar o raciocínio e a espontaneidade.
  • Permitir a descoberta de possibilidades para potencializar o autoconhecimento e a autoconfiança.
  • Investigar os limites do próprio corpo.

Capacitar os participantes para falar em público de forma clara e eficiente em diversas situações.

Objetivos:

• Apresentar técnicas de como controlar o medo de falar em público.

• Desenvolver habilidades e técnicas de Oratória.

• Desenvolver a consciência corporal.

• Desenvolver a capacidade de observação.

• Desenvolver a postura, a expressão corporal e a expressão vocal.

• Conhecer as estruturas e espécies de Discursos.

• Capacitar os participantes para falar em público de forma clara e eficiente em diversas situações.

Público: Estudantes e Profissionais.

Histórico:

O curso de oratória, desenvolvido por Leandro Bertola, foi ministrado nas Faculdades Integradas de Ourinhos, como extensão universitária. (2011 a 2013).

É realizado, desde 2017, em parceria com o Vila Ser, e com a ESA (Escola Superior da Advocacia) no ano de 2020.

Aplicar exercícios e jogos teatrais como ferramentas para introduzir aos alunos técnicas das artes cênicas, bem como para o desenvolvimento da expressividade.

Objetivos:

  • Introduzir técnicas das artes cênicas.
  • Utilizar jogos teatrais e exercícios que permitam o desenvolvimento da expressão corporal e da expressão vocal.
  • Desenvolver a consciência corporal, a relação do corpo com o espaço e a relação com o outro.
  • Desenvolver o imaginário do ator.
  • Desenvolver a naturalidade e a espontaneidade.
  • Permitir, através da aplicação de jogos teatrais, que o ator/aluno construa cenas.

Público:

Alunos a partir de 14 anos.

A estética do Rasa é originada da Índia e é encontrada na obra Natyasastra de Bharata-Muni. Rasaboxes é uma prática fundamentada nos estudos do diretor de teatro experimental Richard Schechner. Através desse método o ator pode experimentar/saborear diversos estágios emocionais. O ator é um atleta das emoções, dessa forma é importante o conhecimento de como acessar canais emotivos para utilizar em cena. Os estados emocionais experimentados pelos atores na oficina são: Sringara (desejo, amor, prazer), Hasya (humor, riso, alegria), Karuna (tristeza, piedade, pesar), Raudra (raiva, ira), Vira (energia, vigor, virilidade), Bhayanaka (medo, vergonha), Bibhasta (aversão, asco, nojo) e Adbhuta (Admiração, Surpresa).

Objetivos:

  • Apresentar o método Rasaboxes.
  • Investigar a expressividade corporal.
  • Experimentar diversos canais de emoção e sensibilidade.
  • Permitir que o ator descubra como estimular e ativar seu repertório sensorial.

Público: Atores e Estudantes de Artes Cênicas.

Histórico:

A oficina foi ministrada no 5º Festival Nacional de Teatro de Ribeirão Preto-SP e na 9ª Mostra Sérgio Nunes de Artes Cênicas.
